Same as krayt tissue, so if you know how krayt tissue works then you will no how these work.

Yes, you can either make E11 mk 2 which will take 4 and sell the fith to me lol or elite carbine which will take 5. If you are master carb then make E11 mk II

i have a carbine (mk II) with 2.31 spd (not my mod speed), 427-1052 dmg, and 73 SAC
will these make a better carbine?
i know im only a few points from max dmg, and the SAC is absolutely beautiful, but my acc bonus is only 1
so id really like to get one w similar stats (especially SAC) but with better acc bonus
if not, ill just sell them

Should be able to make you a better weapon with those. With the resources I have, I would only need to experiment the ABPH's to -14 sac, with a -24 sac stock to not have to worry about experimenting at all on sac on the final build, which should free up 3 possibly 4 experimentations in the speed line.

The short answer to the posters original question, is yes you can make a great carbine.
As for the experimentation;
You do no want to beexperimenting too much on SAC on the components.
Those cells will produce an ABPH that will have a SAC reduncion of -18.
I use stocks with SAC reduction of -20.
IF I were to use a a barrel with SAC reduction of -9, I would be well below the SAC CAP of Carbine which is -73.This means that I am wasting points.
So dont use a -24 stock. Try -18to -20 and try to get the stock speed overhead right down.
On assembly you will have SAC cap, assuming no amazings will have 2 points you can put against speed. With some amazings more.
Either way it will be a very nice carbine. You should use a looted scope to get the speed even further down. You should end up with a speed of around 2.1. Damage maybe must shy of damage max cap.

Fabkins is right, it's worth playing around with a few standard components to work out what you need to experiment the SAC down to on the ABPH. I only have to get the ABPHs to -12 to exactly hit the SAC cap on Carbs & Rifles.

I use pre-cu barrels (better damage and speed but less sac bonus) and experiment ABPH down all the way. Has a very similar effect but I find it works better.
