It's hard to say, depends on the weapon. I focus on melee weapons, so a high CD and OQ are worthless to me. Most weapons and their components require a very specific steel anyways, you can't just use any steel. For instance: Advanced Sword Cores require Dolovite Iron with a high UT, whereas something like a Power Hammer requires Ditanium Steel with a high SR.

oq need to be 900 or above and so does the conductivity thats for guns

swords need to have a shock resisance over 900 as well

although most ws mine there own stuff somtimes we dont have the time or attention to catch something we may need that we dont already have...

Usually copper carries the highest conductivity. Iron usually the highest unit toughness or shock resistance.

Aluminium and steel with high stats are around are a must have.
