I rap, but anyone can repair 
Seriously anyone can do repairs on a weapon, the only thing you need to consider is the functionality of the repair kit. The higher the better, if it's low be prepared to lose you gun or weapon. Also you don't want to do your weapon repair when it drops below 20% condition, it has a nasty habit of destroying your weapon

Armorsmiths and Weaponsmiths get an unknown addition to repairing their respective crafts. BUT anyone can attempt to repair, failure just comes at greater rates.

I bought a (sliced) rifles from around 30.000 simply because I got not that much money at the moment. When the rifle needed repair I tried to repair and it broke down complete. While I was able to repair the cheaper rifles. I concluded from this I am not good enough to repair rifles from a certain quality. My question is can weaponsmiths repair the better rifles without any problem? Second question is my borken Rifle beyond repair? I have the feeling it is.
