its all in the title, are there any WS who can make em?

good luck, these take 5 seperate factory runs to make and consist of 95% of the PITA factor when making rocket launchers. Once a WS goes through the pain staking effort to make the protons the temptation to go ahead and make the rocket launcher is overwhelming. I know a WS that specializes in melee and grenades and he wont sell a 5stack proton for less than 20k. His attitude is if you dont like the price, buy it somewhere else. Since no other WS will make them he gets his asking price. Then theres the issue of Rocket Launcher vs Proton in terms of use.. a RL has higher damage and does heavy AP whereas the proton is just light AP. Its a tough sell, good luck.
