Thread: I NEED SOME HELP! please :)

I am a MWS, but what I don't know is how Weapon skill speed effects the base speed of a weapon. I'm asking this because I would like to be able tell a customer who says "hey man, I would buy that but the speed is too high" that if you have this much + skill speed then you will hit hit the speed cap. Or if someone could send me a link or explain how the speed works I can figure it out myself. Thanks in advance for any help from yall
