If I am a covert rebel and I have vendors in my house and a vendor tent can neutrals and Imperials buy my wares off my vendors ? or are they not able to because of the faction issue ?

where do i get these scanners from Falcon ?

I know it sounds peurile but I don't want the empire getting its greasy jackbooted hands of fascism on my crafted weapons to use them to oppress and kill my brothers in arms fighting for the freedom of the galaxy from the tryany of the evil galactic empire and palpatine. (I also like to maintain the RPG aspect of the game and hence would only like rebels and neutrals to get my goods)
