Hi,

A friend has a skill tape with Droid Customisation +2 and Weapon Experimentation +3 on it, in that order. He said he screwed up an armour experimentation tape that was similar (had something else first) and we don't want that to happen.

Can anyone give a definitive answer on how that tape would work on a piece of clothing, or any trick we could use to make sure we get the Weapon Experimentation value?

Thanks for reading

As I understand it, the higher value always supercedes the lower.

Secondly, modifiers are listed in alphabetical order, hence the order of those on the tape.

However I haven't tested these, so perhaps it's best to wait for someone with a more definitive answer.

Hi, "the friend" speakin

When I think about it.. that armor tape 'I screwed up on had a +6 terrain negotion and +4 armor exp.

So u might be right that it is the highest stat thet works.. what confused me was that armor exp mod was on top.. so I figured the top stat would be the one determining.. guess that just cus the list alphabeticly as you say.. hmm..

I'll stil wait and see if annyone can confirm this

Highest modifier takes affect.

If 2 Modifiers are the same(and highest), the first listed takes affect.

Jedi will be rare and difficult - No
Increased Dev communication - No
CU will balance combat - No
Most of the bugs from launch fixed - No
saintchuck will continue to pay - No

- I supported the CURB, the Devs and the attempt to make SWG a better game and have realized it didn't work so I'm quitting in less than 2 days and won't be tricked into coming back again. Trick me once, shame on you...

Also, if you already have a modifier on the piece of clothing/armor you are putting it on, make sure it is not the same as the one you are adding. A shirt with +2 armor exp would not allow another armor exp tape on there. A way to get that terrain negotiation/ armor exp tape to work for armor would've been to put another terrain neg tape on the shirt before you put that one on. It would then give you the armor exp value.

The only thing I'm not sure about is if the second terrain negotiation would have to be of lower value or not. i know it works for same value ones.
