I know all server economies vary, but i just wanted to get an idea.

I saw somebody bid 700k for a set of 7 nice solidifying agents... and the schematic sells for 500k all day long. And that got me thinking what WS would need to sell these for to make a profit.

I made acouple scythes up with yellow cubes and pastes, and they were like 338 max. I have not gathered the testicular fortitude to slice these yet (could get in the mid 400s).

My geo pistols come out around 211 or so max with white cubes. Sliced they range from 250-278 max.

I was just wondering what you smiths tend to charge for scythe blades and Geo pistolsso I could get a rough idea.

On Bria I sell my scythes and geos sliced...scythes from 750k to 1.25 mil and geos 150k to 500k , I am relativley lower on the geos than most people, I would just price a few higher , wait a few days and see if you get any sales then lower if need be.Location would be your biggest concern,make sure you are in a high traffic areas.

Go ahead and get those sliced.....

If they end up with good damage slices, auction them

if not, toss them in a vendor

i never put them in a vendor unsliced, unless the max damage is below 300 (easy money for someone else if they get the great damage slice)

Other then that, i sell them anywhere from 300-750k depending on the quality, for example, i got 2 damage sliced ones today one max 350-ish the other max 380-somthing.

i'll sell the 380 one for 750k and the 350 one for 600k....whenever i officially

Most speed sliced ones i'll sell for 300-500k depending on the damage..... these are mainly for people grinding swordsman because the speed doesn't matter much once you master.

Most of the ones i have bought before i became WS cost this much on most vendors i've seen

Sorry i haven't made and sonic blasters yet, but i bought one about 270-ish max for 500k

Geonosian Blasters: Using white cubes I end up with 217-218 max dmg spd 2.7 unsliced selling these after slice for 80K each

Scyths unsliced spd 2.6 max dmg 330 white cubes after slice I sell them around 500K.

I usually loot the items myself or make special deals with the looter

what are the stats on the sword cores you use in scythes? Are the looted ones any good at all?

I always take a loss on scythes, I sell mine on my vendor for 600k using base cubes/agents... more if they are better cubes. They generally do not last very long

As for the schems, I usually offer a free scythe for the schematic. This gives the people what they want in bringing you the schem, and you get 3 scythes from the deal. So the cost of the schematic is mostly absorbed.

I sell my Geo's for around 90k per. Most of the cubes I use are from small sets and can be gotten fairly cheap... and now that the schems are everywhere I can get them for 250k per

When I had my Scthe made (thanks to morbus the MWS on Tarq) I spend a while looking for different components to make it. My guild looted around 20 sword cores from the geo cave and we didn't find one that was better than the crafted one made out of geo cubes and solidifying paste.

Considering the availiability of the scythe schematic (non-WS point of view) you would be silly to use looted cores in the building of it. I haven't found a sword core better than a crafted one yet.
