I recently managed to get my hands on a +7 Weapon Assembly tape. I am not experienced in the field of WS, so I am unaware of the utility a WS could actually get from such a tape (as some tapes are completely useless to other profs due to lack of utility, caps, etc).
How useful would this be to a WS?
And while economies varry from server to server, I am curious as to it's approximate credit value.
Please note, that at this moment I have no intention of selling, so please no bids or offers. This is purely for my curiosity and interest at this present time. Should I decide to sell, it will be in the Scylla trade forum.

Weaponsmiths have two usefull tapes, those are Experimentation and Assembly. The assembly increases the chance of "Amazing success" and decreases the chances of failures or poor success. The cap is an additional +25 to assembly so the tape is usefull. Typically I pay 500k per point on our server for anything +3 or better.
