Well you dont actually "wall mount them", you can drop them and use the move command to push to a desired location. To place on a wall the best way that I know of is to dop on stairs and push it off with this command till it is where you want it.

that's the only way, get a house with stairs, drop the weapon (or whatever) on the stairs, and use the normal /move /rotate commands to position it on the wall. takes some practice to sort them out properly, but it gets easier as you do it more often.
