Hello I was just wondering how do i get tissue off of things and how much tissue can go into any one weapon? thanks.

Tissue (I presume you mean enhancements like Krayt Tissue?) is a dropped loot item. It only sounds like it would be something a scout could /harvest

Tissue goes into blaster power handlers - 1 tissue per BPH. Therefore the number of tissues you need depends on the weapon you are making (how many power handlers the specific weapon takes). And remember that any time it takes more than 1, you end up losing one making the schematic for the factory run.

Yeah i was talking about krayt tissue and the likes, so do only krayts drop tissue?

There are many weapon enhancements out there. Different ones go into different schematics / sub-assemblies. Check out this thread:
