Just curious, I put this together last night, and I know it's the best Eclipse has ever seen, am wondering how it stacks up to other servers:
Scatter: 117-408/1.2 unsliced.

Well, I hate to burst your bubble (only slightly) but I did one that was 119-409, 1.1 unsliced. I assume you used the +200, -.7 tissue?
Mine only beat you because of minerals probably.

no my tissue was 195, -.688. so there ya go. 
minerals also might have factored in since they are different from galaxy to galaxy but i used best since day 1 on this thing in every category.
