Thread: How much much better would the weapons...

Considering that they are argueably the most sought after/valuable items in Galaxies, how much better would the weapons be from a master weaponsmith with a + 9 weaponsmith attach/tape (for example) in comparison to the weapons crafted bya regular old master weaponsmith (same resources for each).
