Just wait soon all these whiners (who think that composite are godly) will cry a river and devs will again change something. it will be 10 power hadlers or some artisian junk items instead of power handlers.

It's fine the way it is. Ap0 if I remember correctly.
All weapons should serve a purpose. In this case, the only stun damage rifle weapon for PvP.
The ion rifle is ap1 and the only kraytable or loot enhancing stun weapon.
On top of that its uses for pvp are far more effective than either tangle pistol or stun baton which are relatively ineffective pvp.
For the ion rifle to stay the way it is, would entail making those other two weapons more powerful, make your choice.

If my standpoint had anything to do with armor than i would be saying nerf tangle pistol and stun batons, what dont people understand.
How do suggest i kill i rifleman that can kill me in 3 shots? I sure as hell cant kill a rifleman in 3 shots especially if theyre armored, nor do i have as much speed and accuracy mods, learn some pvp.
