How much better is the advanced powerhandler over the regular powerhandler?

Does anyone have any numbers in pistol stats?

In short, phenominally better. I haven't made regular handlers in some time, but i'm guessing they're around20something max if i remember (wow, it's been a long time). Anyway, the adv. handlers max at 50/.5 with perfect resources. The ones on my server are up to 42/-.42. Get these as soon as possible. I know it's not even possible on my server to sell anything but advanced guns, since all established WS's havethe resources.
