Thread: Power Conditioner Question
An Armorsmmith friend of mine told me that power conditioners (used in personal shield generators) have absolutely no impact on the finished product. That would effectively mean that these could be made with whatever resource quality available.
Has anybody tested different quality power conditioners in their stun batons?
What were the results?
Thanks in advance,
you can't expect us to be around ALL the time to answer your questions... ![]()
yes you can experiment on power conditioner... no it has no effect on the final item... same goes for control units for lances, tangle pistols, sg-82
HOWEVER the experimented quality DOES affect Architects and their crafting stations (i'm also an master architect as well as master artisan/weaponsmith)
it wouldn't be that much ofa coding challenge to put visable stats on these items (testing with crafting stations proves they exist at some level) and let them influence the final product since they are either optional or required for assembly of these select weapons...
OK, well thanks for all the replies folks. ![]()
Anyway, for whom it may concern, I found the answer to the question on the SWGCraft forums.
Power Conditioners, BTW, are used in making Stun Batons. I have been informed that A.) you cannot experiment on Power Conditioners and B.) The quality of resources nor the finished quality of the power conditioner has ABSOLUTELY NO IMPACT on the final result of your stun baton.
Anyway, I hope someone else who makes melee weapons finds this info useful. Feel free to use crappy resources on those PC's.
Cheers,
