I am a new Master Weaponsmith and have noticed the highest I can ever make weapon components ie. stocks and barrels is 25% before experimentation. Is it my materials or is there a cap for these Items? Sorry if this has been said before; I've been looking at the boards for a few weeks now and haven't come across anything about this. Thanks in advance.

Must be the resources your using. I can make some items at 29% before experimentation using stuff with allmost maxed attributes needed for the schematic. Hope that helps

Oops, forgot this. So I'm guessing that 30% is the Max you will be able to get before experimentation if all attributes needed were 1000.
