Blaster Power-Handler Enhancement??????? I cant find this, even at weapon crafting station...

You can't make them. Enhancements are looted components, like krayt tissue. See the sticky on enhancements for more info.

ahh, ok. Sorry, I spent the last 2 days grinding weaponsmith... I mastered it and dont know much about it...lol

That's what the stickies are there for. If you planning on sticking with weaponsmith, you should definately read them all at least once, and refer back to them with questions. Almost everything you could want to know is in them somewhere. Congrats on master btw.
