how do you make them, i have the blade vibro unit but i cant find out where to make the advaned vibro blade unit at or the knuckler itself, lil help please

Make sure you've got the necessary skill to create the Advanced Vibro Unit, the Vibroknuckler itself, and that you're near a Weapons Crafting Station.
