I have a 5/50 Rancor tooth and a 10/10 sword core, can these be used together to make a sword, such as a rykk blade. How would these affect the stats and would the weapon be any good afterward?

No a rancor tooth takes the place of the cores. 5/50 teeth make crappyweapons though... as the minimum damage is way low. So anything with any type of melee mitigation will take way less damage.

I would recommend destroying both.

A player crafted sword core is better than that rancor tooth, and that sword core is worse than pretty much any WS could make
