I looted 2 of these, I could make 2 scatters or 2 e11 rifles. Anyone know how the damage would come out on a weapon made with these?

I would recommend going for a scatter.

Here's how to figure out what the damage would be:

Go to the weaponsmith you plan to have make you a weapon with these. Find out the stats of a plain weapon from them (IE: an unkrayed, unsliced E11 and Scatter)

Now, take 0.56 off the speed of the weapon, and add 110 to the max damage. That's what you'll get

dosnt the damage go up a bit more even, because you experiment for damage on a weapon made with higher damage?

Doesn't really stack like that. (I've made *TONS* of krayted weapons and other loot enhanced weapons)

Also, if you can, get an Imperial Stock thrown onto it (pistols can't be stocked, but the E11 can)

arent there some themepark pistol barrels that increase damage too? or are they worse than the regular ones

There are. They add a small amount of damage, but they're about .3s slower.

In this case Id suggest using them, another 5-10 damage with the barrel, and youre still going to gain 0.26 speed.
