Thread: Scythe Schematic Requirement Change?

I tried to make a Scythe with looted Geo Sword Cores and it wouldn't let me (yes, same serial).
It said the requirment was for an Omnipotent Sword Core and the description had the part about needing two identical Geo Sword Cores from a factory....
I had some sword cores I made with the Geo Sword Core schematic and they worked fine....
SO it seems that you cannot use looted sword cores anymore... Is this a change? Did I miss the notice????
This is really going to drive the price up if it's true!

It has always said omnipotent sword core.
Just like when you make a fwg5 or something it doesnt call on a advanced projectile pistol barrel, but uhm.. i dunno barrel component... its just a name.
Anyways perhaps you were mistakenly trying to use geo reinforcement cores?
Or perhaps the 2 sword cores you had were simply bugged.

No, I tried several different serial numbered cores.... and they were cores not reinforcements.... I'll try again... Maybe my coffee didn't kick in yet... lol
