Ok, to start off with, I just lost a crate of krayted handlers due to the game crashing just after assembly of a rifle with them. Made a ticket about it, received a response that no logs are made that would show them what was lost (if anything).

Now, what bothers me about this is that I've heard from quite a few people who submitted similar tickets when they crashed/lost connection/had crafting errors that cost them materials and received the very items that they lost back in their inventory. I even had a resource stack disappear when I put it in a bookshelf and had it given back by a CSR. This led me to believe that they did have logs when you pick up or drop items in the game, when you loot them, and when you use them to craft. Did I get this all wrong? I'm starting to wonder if I have a "pay no mind" sticker on my account since I've been getting responses like this a lot on tickets that friends usually get simple resolutions on.
