What kind of basic results can I expect with these guys??

Look at whoever makes the best base t21's on your server and add 88 to the dmg...

Don't bother. As mentioned, a speed slice pretty much ruins the weapon. Standard T21s with 30%+ damage slices will out damage it.

So basically, you'll wind up with an expensive, mediocre weapon.

With a nice damage slice, you'll end up with something similar to this (made with +84 tissues, and 31% damage sliced)

As a rule of thumb, a T21 with really good resources and advanced weapons stock do 400-415 max damage thereabouts (Eclipse server). Add +88 maxdamage to that.

Then again... it all comes down to the slice. Get a speedslice and the krayt T21 is just good for Novice Rifleman grinding.
