Someone asked me to make him one of these, modified for high accuracy. I used the lightweight vibro blades, and hade good/amazing successes on all attempts. I did throw a few in to increase damage. This is what I came up with:

5.1 Speed
97-200 Damage
17.5 Wound
-17/+0/-17
96/56/37

Honestly though --- for accuracy, you're better off using a plain ole 2 handed axe

Medium Armor Piercing
3.7 speed
134-196 damage
33.4 wound

+14/+14/+14

55/25/19

Why would anyone even want to use this axe? The two handed is by far a better weapon (and cheaper to make!)

Melee weapons need some serious love....
