no mate im sorry to tell u that you got your info wrong on this one...
if its an awesome set of vk's you are after then it is a nightsister vibro unit you will be wanting to find. From what i am told they are the best things to make your vk's with but since i have never seen one myself i cant verify how good they actually are.
Also something you might want to take into consideration... i am a MWS anda TKM so this component is right up there in my "hoping to loot" list. I kill a lot of NS's and have never had the component drop. As far as i am aware it is one of the components needed to make the awesome new NS lance (the schematic for which is also lootable but no luck for me on that either).
So on the basis of how hard this component is to loot i would say you are probably better off heading to lok and killing yourself some Nym... if you are lucky (and patient) you may get a decent drop of vibro component enhancements with bonuses to max damage. I made myself a nice little VK yesterday that came out at 177 max damage. With a nice slice i am looking at around the 230 mark... i wouldn't complain at all.
Or you could always go NS hunting and hope for the best, which ever suit you best
