Does anyone know how to get/make a Jawa Ion Rifle that does approximately 10K max dmg.? I heard that there were ones that could do that, but I've never seen them... I've also heard other versions, like they're really only somewhere between 1-6K, but either way, it would be better than the 300-max-when-sliced dmg. ones that are the only ones I've seen... Anyone have information regarding this? Thanks.

A Krayted, uber Jawa rifle wouldn't do more than around 500 damage.

What you've heard about was probably the actual damage given by a shot. All weapons can give more damage than what the max damage stat says. It all depends on a lot of factors including:

Your weapons armor piercing

The armor rating and resistances of the enemy

Your special attacks

and more...

I've heard of someonedealing out7500 damage with a pistol (probably a pre-nerf power-upped and sliced Krayt DX2 or FWG5)and the "last ditch attack", that smugglers with dirty fighting IV have.
