I got a carbine from Nym. Even though I don't have the certefication, I can use it (I assume because he gave it to me). If I sell it, can the new owneruse it as well? What about DRX6b's or Genosian swords and Gaffi sticks? It says I'm not certefied, but am I? (like with the Republic Blaster). Any information would be greatly appreciated.
