Thread: New Loots, Enhanced Power Cell and Reinforced Casing

Just picked these up tonight on new BH Boss missions. Great on Action costs.
Set of 6 Enhanced Power Cells.
+171 Max Damage
-0.79 Attack Speed
-8 Attack Cost
"These Enhanced Power Cells can be added to Blaster Power Handler to improve any weapons made with it"
Also a set of 3 Reinforced Casing
+154 Maximum Damage
-0.72 Attack Speed
- 7 Action Cost
Same as above except for Projectile Feed Mechanism

I'd be interested to know if the weapons you made turned out ok. There have been some bug reports on those loot drops when made into weapons.

These are enhancers and doesnt change the damage type, the scopes and stocks looted from npcs will however do that

I've heard using these bugs the weapons, if so, can some of the weaponsmiths that have used them elaborate?

I had +185 damage, -.77 speed, -7 action cost power cells made into a E11 markII carbine that came out like this.
Blast
2.33 speed
428-1036 damage
+62 accuracy
73 SAC
It does a grand total of 1 point of damage with every special I try it with. I submited a ticket and was basically told I am just out of luck and it wont be fixed for me.

I still blame this on the looted scopes not the enhancers thou, as the bug with Looted advanced parts turning damage types into blast has been there since the CU

I used power cells and a pre-cu scope made an energy Elite carbine.

Only problems I've heard about was some of the new looted scopes and stocks but of course its still early lol. Won't have anything out of these for a few days till I get my suit put together. Thinking of making a Trando Rifle with 2 matching scatters for the other 2 ABPH if I don't sell them. The SAC bonus really has me wanting to keep them for personal use

i got 5 of these from a buddy of mine. They were 168 damage, -0.77 speed and -7 attack cost.
made him and his wife a weapon each.
High Cappacity Scatter
speed: 2.07
damage: 375 - 925
accuracy bonus: 17 (adv. Scope)
wound: 31.05%
Estimated baseDps: 314.5
Sac: 89
E11 Carbine Mark II
speed: 2.31
damage: 418 - 1043
accuracy bonus: 17 (adv. Scope)
wound: 28.75%
Estimated base Dps: 316.62
Sac: 76 (Pre-CU Adv. Stock (-20 attack cost))
gave 'em a loot name of 'Fraps' as the guy who gave em to me, apparently exploits the game using fraps...
