Thread: Any Bria WS with a +20 suit I need you help!!!!

ok heres the deal:
I just got a stack of 4 178dmg -.53 tissues and im looking to get myself a sweet crafted E11 Mark II. I had a WS friend tell me that if I could find a WS with a 20+ suit, I could get a carb with +400 DPS and maxed cap of 73 possibly on the SAC and maxed cap on Dmg as well ( I believe its 1063 or so). Please any Bria WSif you can do this or know someone who can, plz let me know. Thanks for the help guys 
If im full of BS and theres no way to get a carb that sweet, plz dont laugh at me lol cuz im ignorant on this issue

Ok Srry didn't mean to offend anyone. I figured the Weaponsmith Forum would be the place to start. Thanks for letting me know
