They are not.


The scopes and stocks that drops from em is however bugged changing the damage type of the weapon

I just crafted an alr using 183 dmg cells and only got 1171 dmg and a 97% dmg cap Ive crafted dmg cap weapons before using less dmg tissue anyone else had this issue?
