You get the schem and the barrel from the Death Watch Bunker or random black sun guys you may find.

Are the schematics actually dropping in the DWB? Thought it was Black Sun only.

I believe there are black sun in the dwb.. I dont know, I have never personally looted the DE-10 barrel out of the bunker but my friend did get one from the black sun guys.

yes there are blackusun wraiths and ghosts, but they never dropped barrels tbh, i think the chance to loot de10 stuff is better outside of dwb and more easy maybe
