When you use powercells what do you use on the schematic, do you put one of the powercells in the schem like krayt tissue, or does it even require somthing in the schem at all

Use them exactly like Krayt tissue.

lets say u have the same stats on those powercells and krayt tissues, what would u prefer?

Power Cells every time, they have the SAC reduction.
