Well TBH they aren't that great - the SAC cost on a Rifle\Carbine with one of these stocks would just be too high.
My opinion anyway....

the ones i looted was backwards incomparision
your right snice those Stocks WS make take off like what? 20Sac? but if you use looted Adv Weapon Stocks withthe new looted powercells that have around+170damage -0.77speed -10 Sac could you not compisate?
both the Adv Stock and Power cell take off great amount of speed. and instead of droping Sac in the Stock now your droping Sac in the Power cell. so with theDamage AND speed being estremly high from the looted Adv Stock and Power cell could you just not foucs all Exp points on Eff to Sac Capp a weapon?(not as much as you could with a WS crafted stock)
IM NOT A WS so this is just all guessing game for me. PLEASE correct me if im wrong.
(btw what is altered with a WS crafted Stock? from what i know its a reduction cost to SAC but at a slight increase to speed. so would the only things effected by a WS crafted Stock is Sac and speed?)
Stocks are supposed to lower SAC with a small increase in spd. Crafted stocks don't have damage modifiers.

No. These are freshly looted stock.s I looted a stack of 7 like that myself just today.

No. These are freshly looted stock.s I looted a stack of 7 like that myself just today.
I meant that these were forgotten to be updated on the loot tables, not that they were looted pre-cu. Stocks aren't supposed to have damage mods and it has been tested many times the looted stocks and scopes turn the weapon to useless blast damage and do 1 point.
