First of all, you can't make WUK schems anymore since they are no longer used for slicing. I'm not sure if you can run off existing schems or not. The only reason they have any value is that they can be converted intothe newslicing tools but I believe the odds of getting the higher level tools is quite slim as it's random. With the new higher level tools dropping to around 100k (and likely to go lower) due to increased supply it hardly makes sense for someone to pay 250k for a WUK or even a crate of WUKs but there's no shortage of people in the world lacking common sense.

WUKs are no longer used in the game. Old crates of them sell for nice amounts as each WUK can be 'Salvaged' into one of the new loots (random). And weaponsmiths were always the ones who made them until pub 19 (i think thats the Pub. when slicing changed)
