I heard the new loot was bugged, so I came to the forums to check it out.

However, I'm having trouble exactly which of it is bugged.

Enhanced Power Cells?

Reinforced Casings?

Stocks?

Scopes?

And Is The Good Ol' Energy->Blast, Kinetic->Energy Bug?
