I wish you still had to pick your weapon according to the mob you were fighting, but as Echirp says nothing like that is ingame (at least not atm /crossfingers for it to be implemented again in some form

I agree - I don't see how the game become more "balanced" or "better" by removing resists and AR. Maybe for PVP.... but not for PVE.
Guess it was just quicker to inplement ![]()
Yeah... In the good 'ol days, my Rifleman carried7 guns on him most of the time, so he'd always have the right weapon for the job. 2 T21s, a Laser Rifle,a Jawa, 2acid rifles & a highly modded Tusken (and 3 sets of armor).That was what seperated the good riflemem from the rest;you had to know when to use which gun for maximium effect. AP vs AR, Damage type vs Resists & cost vseffect were all things to consider every timeyou engaged a target.
Now,Ichoose the damage & SACcapped ALR with the ADK and an endless supply of power-ups unless there's a player out there with good Recon armor, then I pull out the ADK'd Gorax Tusken. There's nothing elseI've needed to know in the post-CU world. ![]()
