Were these scopes you used, onesthat had been looted before pub 22?
Not to mention, from some of theannouncements I read I "sumised" pub 22 wasn't actually pushed out until late Tuesday evening...what with all the problems that occured from the first attempt. So even if you managed to take some BH missions and loot some scopes in between all the server resets yesterday,they probably were still bugged.

CSRs cant help. Changing old items means a database change that can take a long time to get to live, changing newly dropped items is easier, so that's what they' ve done.
Newly droppedscopes and stocks should be fine.

Keyword being "should". A lot of things in game "should" work a certain way, but don't.
I've yet to see anybody confirm that post-Publish 22 looted scopes ARE working correctly.
People are saying scopes looted before pub 22 wont work , i have like a 100 UNUSED scopes pre pub22.Can u confirm pre pub 22 wont work?? Only new looted ones will work ??

Pre pub 22 scopes will still change the damage type from kinetic to energy and from energy to blastand will continue to do so until they implement a database change to fix pre pub 22 scopes and stocks, we don't know when that will be.
