I have obtained a schematic (5 uses, I believe?), and I intend to craft at least 20 guns from it. What do you prefer when crafting these and why: Yellow Cubes for the higher damage or Green Cubes for the higher condition?
I have plenty of green cubes, some in quite high sets of well above base stats, and I assume crafted sonic blasters go for quite high sums of money so a high max condition would be desirebale. Yellow cubes however are in shorter supply...

If I could choose (which I couldn't), I would pick 3 runs with yellows and 2 runs with greens.
Customers look for
1. selection
2. quality
3. price
in that order.

Unless you plan on making non krayt versions, how are you going to make 20+ guns ?

I would just make the runs for which you have the highest numbered sets of cubes, trying to get the most out of the schematic.
The pistols will sell anyway, regardless of which cubes were used. Your priority should be to earn enough with it so that you can afford to buy the next schematic at a higher price.
First priority should be mass-production, if you have your 3rd or 4th schematic you can turn to quality production. That's just how I would do it.
Edit: And if you have the choice between the same number of yellow or green cubes, I would also prefer to use the green ones.

And i'm planning on making 20 guns b only using sets of 5 or more cubes. 1 for the schematic, 4 guns from the factory, repeated 5 times would be 20 guns. I already have 2 sets of 5 green cubes with above base stats and a set o 5 base yellows, so critical failures aside I'm well on my way.
And I won't be making any krayted versions as I'm a much newer MWS on my server and there's no damn Irolunn spawn and all the other MWS's aren't sharing

Green cubes all the way. WHen you slice the weapon you cant even tell you used yellow cubes anyways. IMO worthless cubes.

if you don't have the extra 2 points to use in condition, I'd say you should use green.

Personally, I would even go with white cubes if you can get some lots of 7.
Basically, if you don't have lots of at least 5 yellows, I don't think it matters which color you use. There is no range bar for experimentation on the sonic, so I put my extra exp points into durability, at which point, you don't need the green cubes so much.
At any rate, the price difference you can demand between a sonic made with a white cube, green cube, or yellow cube is probably not going to be drastic enough to make it worth making a smaller run of something with a green or a yellow cube. It's worth the extra sonic to go with a 7-cube lot of whites over a 6-cube lot of greens.
