Crap hit enter to tab down, blah.
Anyways, What do weapon scopes and rifle stocks do? Do they specifically enhance one aspect of the finished product or all parts of the weapons. And is it worth it to put scopes and stocks on special weapons....looted schematics....or normal weapons at all?

Scopes improve accuracy. If you don't experiment it away, they increase HAM cost.
Stocks improve damage. They slow the speed of the weapon and increase HAM cost.
"Is it worth it?" Depends on if the hit in speed/ham is worth the boost in accuracy damage.
