I really know nothing about weapon crafting, but I need to have a really good power hammer made, prefereably really high damage, atleast 700+ and want to know how i can get this, like what kind of and quality components I would need, I can kill pretty much anything by myself so that shouldnt be a problem, and I have a decent amount of cash too. What kind of stuff would I need? like acklay bones or stuff from Geo labs, and also, if anyone on Corbantis could make one of this quality please send me a tell in game or post here.

some nice ackley bones would probably get it so a good damage slice could get it up past 700

Power Hammers are around 470 max dam (depending of server), so if you want a 700+ PH, you will need really, really good bones.
Anything with 150+ max dam on Acklay Bones AND ! a good damage slice will probably guarantee a 700+ PH.
I remember a smith onScylla made one with some 300+ Bones, thing came out at 740 I think before slice. That thing was massive.

You could easily get to 700+ (well, easily being a relative term) if you're not bothered if it takes slice and powerups to achieve. A high 30's damage slice coupled with a melee powerup with a max damage secondary will push you over 700 - using just your server's well made unenhanced builds.
If you want 700 before power, before slice, well then like the others said, you'll be wanting some serious acklay bones, and you'll need crazy amounts of cash.
