With the uber armorsmith nerf and the boosting of weapon experimentation I'm toying with the idea of changing to or perhaps adding weaponsmith to my crafter... have to buy half the materials needed for new armor anyways lol.
Here is a pretty rough list of what i think i have stored... pulled mostly from memory and the help of swgcraft resource finder.
I have like 15 resource deeds too, so i could probably fill in the gaps for stuff like wood for stocks and scopes and other little crap.
What Id like is some honest to god oppinions regarding the quality of these resources and what kind of weapons I can expect to be making assuming i can fill in the holes with the best from my deeds.
Would also like to add that im a human with 12 artisan xp pts.... if I can find the tapes/suit ill would become a 12 pt weaponsmith too if its worthwhile postcu. (unlike armorsmithing

You will need to add the big three to your stock:
Diatium Copper- 87% CD/ 13% OQ (for Advanced Blaster Power Handlers)
Irolunn Reactive Gas- 67% CD/33% OQ (for ABPH's)
Atlantium Carbonate Ore- CD/OQ (for T21's)
You will need large amounts of the first two and good Atlantium spawns come around about once every 4-6 months on Corbantis at least.
Good Luck!

I'd check yourstocks to make sureyou have some ostrine carbonate ore, dolovite iron, quadranium steel, rhodium steel, and axidite iron . It looks like you'll be pretty well set to embark on crafting melee weapons as well as the lower level ranged stuff tho if you want to wait until that stuff comes into spawn. Welcome to the always exciting world of WS'ing if you do decide to join us.

I'd be wary about using resource deeds for most WS resources. Most of them don't go for anywhere near 100 cpu, which is about what a resource deed costs (at 3 mill each...at least on Corbantis). Shop around first, or make offers on the trade forums--you ought to be able to find what you need for much less than 100 cpu. I would only use a resource deed as a last resource.

sounds like I have some work ahead of me then.... i already looked around for some atlantium for the new kinetic layers.... best i could find was like 300oq for 6cpu LOL
on a side note i did find some gallin gemstone, got lots of axidite iron from ubese...mmm no ostrine carb (except one 200k with 39 oq), some decent quadranium.
didnt know you guys used oq/cd/sr/ut/heat in your stuff.... hmm

Take a deep breath.
The devs have a history of having one set of schems on the test side, and another on the live side. Almost all of the stats/resources used for Shipwright changed when it went live. Hopefully it will be the same for AS/Doc after the CU.
If you do decide to go WS, you will find all your resource questions in the forum archives. Many moons ago when I went WS, I found a great post with every base and named WS resource we use broken down by stats. Try a forum search and see if you can find something like that.

lol, I came to look too. I pretty much have everything a WS needs in resources. Have 2 years worth of build up.
