Posted something on my server trade forum nowt so thought and should done this first and come to my fellow WS.......
I am on the path to WS and some of the things I need to make require
Thoranium Steel.......
So where do i find this ?
buy it?
survey it?
look on some websites but they are 50days out of date..............
I am on Chimaera so if anyone can help me out point in the direction would be greatful.............

Go to Bazaar and do a Vendor waypoint search.
You will need to sort it by "Inorganics" and most likely you will go through A LOT of pages to find it.

I was in the same boat. I went to the bazaar and found some selling for 1.75 cpu.
If you're using this to grind the heavy warheads, you won't need too much, I believe you need 40 per unit, so roughly less than 50k should get you to master.

I'm a fellow Chimaer'ite who just took up WS as well.. use the new galaxy vendor filter and punch in "Naemibon" and "Ateof", these are the best spawns of this listed on swgcraft.com on our server in the past 6-7 months (I believe the site was reset half a year ago?)

Yeah, this stuff is pretty damn rare, not a single vendor on scylla has this stuff :/

You wimps, I projectile rifle barreled my way to MWS.
Just out of interest is there a way of getting a list of all the named types of a resource that has ever spawned and they're stats?
i.e all the chromium Alluminium
name stat stat stat stat...
name stat stat stat stat...
not just the current spawns tho?

Yes, also on swgcraft.com
Its under the heading Find Resources, put in the resource you want to search for and it will give you a list of all the names and stats for that resource - though make sure you are registered on the site otherwise you can only view the first page.

i take it you are following the slackers guide for grinding ?
I think i found the steel, but skevon gas was harder to find, nothing in the whole galaxy actually, not listed on the vendor search anyway. i found some in the trade forums but i got so far making the medium warheads so im sticking with those now. im almost done

Too bad you werent on Ahazi we just had a spawn and i think the OQ was over 900. Harvested like 900k of the stuff for lean times.
To answer your question though, if nobody in your trade forum has it, try talking to some master WS's on your server, i found on Ahazi most are really helpfull and if they have some grinding junk lying around they will part with it cheap or free to open some space up.

Lol I grinded MWS the same way... and SWG craft has all the chromium aluminum ever.
