Ill try and help you out here.
The stats can be anything from around 270 max to about 700 depending on the slice and the type of krayt tissues that are used in crafting it. You should really wait until you can get some tissues that are atleast +80 unless the gun is just for show. It requires 3 identical tissues.
You need a barrel, which can have a yellow name and has hidden stats, or normal white named barrel. You also need a schematic for the De-10. Both of these can be looted off the humanoid mobs at the Death Watch Bunker on Endor. Unless you have an alt that is a better PvE class i would recommend buying these parts, although some have had luck camping the first room.
If you wanted to buy one straight up, you are looking at around 2-5 million depending on the server and the stats of the gun.

Hey all. I was wondering how are the DE-10 pistols? I wanted to get the stats on some that ya'll have and where can I go about getting one.I am completely clueless on this particular pistol, so please bear with me.

I have a DE-10 Schematic and Yellow pistol barrel. Is it worth investing in good krayt tissues to make one of these pistols? I know the DE-10 Before CU was a great pistol and now its about the same as others, wanted to know how they are coming out on the Stats in the Post CU weopon crafting world.

I dont think anyone is really bothering with the CU as you can make the other highend pistols with the same damage output, but so much cheaper. The only reason for the DE-10 should be the looks now I guess

ah, thats too bad, i have had a DE-10 schematic and yellow barrel for some time, i like to to put them to use. i wondered if any weoponsmiths have crafted them recently and how did they turn out. If they are the same as the other high end weopons thats still a good thing.
