Just made a few E11 mk2 carbines which all ended up between 112-128 SAC...
I've seen a lot of these carbines on the vendors with about 94sac but can't figure out how to get to that low amount. Say that when I craft the components I put 8pnt in speed and 2 in effectivness (yes, only 10pnt
). When I then craft the final product it would get about 120SAC, if I then but 9pnts in effectivness it would recive a 93 sac but then it would have really horrible dps and speed. I know I'm only a ten pointer but I can't really see how a twelver can makea 300+dps gun with less than 100 in sac.. Please enlighten me!

put a stock on it. max experiment into efficiancy. really pulls that action cost down. so you lose a bit of speed.

It's easy to make carbines with the SAC that low, all you need are pre-CU components, especially stocks. Pre-CU barrels and BPH's have an AC of -6, while the pre-CU stocks have an AC of -20. While I'm sure those numbers can be matched, I doubt they can be matched with the same damage as well. I dread running out of pre-CU stocks, but I'm pretty much out already
.
Oh, and the 12pts help.

Does the post-stocks lower the SAC as well? Cause then I'd have to invest in some hard wood

Been making 85 SAC carbines using pre-cu stuff. It's possible.

I made a nice schem of 9x amazing on Efficiency (-23 SAC) and 3 great on speed (+1.05 speed) which turns out to -23 SAC and +.1 speed on the final build. I think it's worth losing the speed especialy for a post -CU factory run. If you have the pre-cu sstocks to spare, use em but I'm saving those for custom builds.
