hi, I bought a crate of 10 lazer rifles that had stocks and scopes added, but after pulling them out of the crate they appear wrong, they have the stock and scope stats, but are missing the extra parts on the visual of the weapon. Is this a known bug and is there a fix? im just wondering cause i think the lazers look much cooler with the scope an stock.

Weapons produced in factories do not display stocks, scopes, or barrels.

Even when you DO craft these by hand the d4mn scopes end up perpendicular to the barrel rather than parallel.

Not all guns are bugged that way.. but the first time I was a T21 with a barrel pointing down, I thought that was some kind offoot on the end, forlieing prone and sniping.

Yes, laser rifle is bugged with it somes ot the stock and scope . A laser carbine and and EE3 look really sweet with a stock and scope but you must make them all by hand in order for it to show.

My DX2 with a scope looked pretty sweet. It'd take someone with a huge arm to lift that bad-boy though. It looked heavy

Just pull the barrel directly out of the factory crate. I have done this when making EE3's for show; components pulled from crates directly during a hand crafting session won't show on the gun. So when making a gun you want a stock and scope but no barrel showing, extract the scope and stock from the crate (if they are crated) before adding them to the schematic, but pull the barrel directly from the crate.

As a side note, I think they fixed the scope on laser rifles. I made one the other night and it looked correct, I was pretty impressed!

Not sure if it's fixed for all scope types, but the last laser rifle I made with a scope used the sniper-looking one (I think it's a Type 2), and looks VERY cool. Helps me differentiate my sniper rifle from my full auto rifle in my toolbar.
