anyone know the metal staff schematic number for a novice weaponsmith? counting isnot working, for some reason all the numbers i use produce a random schematic(dice/fishing pole etc). any help is great, i have to grind out WS!!

It varies for each person, as it is dependant upon which schematics you have in your datapad, and to what order they were added.

So you choices are to either keep guessing, or to craft without the macro. I have a feeling it won't be the latter.

you can do what i did to find it for sure!

open a tool of the type you intend to use.

type /sel 1 and hit enter if its the one you want great if not hit escape and go again incrementing the number!

Seeing as each time you level the number can change (also any time the devs play with schematics in the publishes) this is not a bad technique to get accoustomed to and it only takes 5 or so minutes to find the one you wanted! hit and miss was to random for my liking!

What I would do to figure out which schematic was which, would be to count what position the item was in, in my data pad, and put that in. It would usually be off, but then I just add or subtact the number difference it is depending on which way it went, and got it from there.
