OK, as far as I understand it this depends on 3 things, maybe 4 tops. 1- overall condition 2- How often the gun is fired. 3- Whether a powerup is used and a 4th debatable possibility--slice(seen no hard evidence that getting a slice increases decay rate) Now, why I ask this...there are some who insist there are other factors that contribute to the decay rate. Is anyone finding this to be true? Put another way...they say in theory 2 weaponsmiths could have say an fwg5 62-175, spd 2.1...both condition 960, but if they came to those stats with different resources, one could decay faster than the other(due to other stats on other resource properties..so they say). I think that is false. If both guns were not powered and not sliced, then after 300 shots each, they should have the same condition. Any info, opinions, evidence on this?
