Sorry if this was already covered somewhere. I've kinda neglected my WS until today and I couldn't find anything on the search. All my old weapons converted completely random. I though there was supose to be some kind of formula or something that to put weapons of the same type atleast within line with each other. But nope. I have old unsliced factory runs of weapons that I finally got around to relisting so the stats show and found out there is MAJOR dps differences with them. All these weapons have not been sliced orpowered up and are all from the same run with identical serial numbers yet are completely random in their convertedstats. Did the devs even try to make them even or just use some random number generator for converting?

Theres a kind of 3 step formula
1) Go here
2) Pick any 2 numbers
3) Pick the number of weapons you want to convert. hit enter
1) Go here
2) Pick any 2 numbers
3) Pick the number of weapons you want to convert. hit enter

Ah, now I see. That matched up to my converted stats perfectly.
