Added a Level 30 Carbine to the Weaponsmith Schematics

heh i thought it was just me .. never seen it without servers in the list before

Hehe, same with eclipse too so take it easy 
Anyway, the first thing I'll do when the server is up is to make a trip to Kashyyyk and check it out! Maybe even find some schems
